The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused.
In light of the facts / report given in the note and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar.it is recommended as under ;
1. Directions issued u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 may be dropped.
2. PSPCL authorities shall be directed to restore electric connection for six months
3. CTO under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for six months subject to suitable conditions and additional conditions as proposed by RO, please.
