Sir, the application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The cost of plant & machinery is Rs. 1024.00 lakhs as per latest CA certificate. As such, the scale of the industry needs to be large.
2. The industry has not mentioned the cost of land in the CA certificate.
3. The industry has changed its fuel from Furnace Oil to PNG; however, it has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate. It is requested to apply for varied consent to operate.
4. The industry has not mentioned the treatment details of domestic wastewater generated in the application form.
5. The industry was earlier granted consent to operate for disposal of wastewater onto land for plantation; however, it has now mentioned disposal of wastewater into MC sewer. Kindly clarify.
6. The industry has not submitted the permission regarding ground water abstraction form PWRDA.
7. The compliance of previous consent conditions is not signed by the authorized signatory.
8. The industry has not submitted the analysis report of STP.
9. The industry has not deposited the penalty @ 10% of one year fee under the both Acts as per office order dated 29/10/2018.
As such, the application cannot be processed further at this stage and if approved, the application may be returned, please. |
