In view of the recommendations of EE RO Patiala, consent to operate may be granted to the industry for shorter period i.e. up to 31.03.2025 under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 with suitable conditions and following special conditions: (a) The industry shall not undertake washing of waste plastic and not generate any trade effluent. (b) The industry shall comply with PWRDA guidelines (c) The industry shall obtain EPR registration as required under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 within one month. (d) The industry shall not burn any solid waste being generated from its premises at any circumstance. Competency:- SEE Date of deemed approval:- 18.04.2024 |
