Certificate issued by the Distrcit Town Planner rechecked. The DTP, Ludhiana has granted premission for Premix i.e. Hot Mix Plan and Readymade Concrete Unit and contractor has also applied for establishment of Hot mix plant and RMC plant to manufacture Premix and Ready Mix Concrete. Also as per DTP report the site falls in agricuture zone and as per unified zoaning regulations of Department of Country and Town Planning, Hot Mix Plant and RMC plant are premissible in Agricultural Zone. Thus site is suitable for establishment of HMP & RMC Plant.
