Respected Sir, amended agenda note placed below.
In view of the facts mentioned above, if approved, the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31/03/2029 subject to the suitable conditions and special conditions as under:
1. The HCF shall obtain permission for Abstraction of Ground Water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA), within 01 month.
2. The HCF will comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
3. The HCF shall apply for varied consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, if it increases its bed capacity.
4. The HCF shall renew its Agreement with Common Bio Medical Treatment Facility at the earliest before its expiry and submit the same in this office.
5. The HCF will use 10% sodium hypo-chlorite solution for disinfection of chemical liquid waste generated in the HCF and keep the record of the consumption of the Sodium hypochlorite solution.
6. The HCF will submit Annual Report on Bio-Medical Waste Management in Form-IV by 31th December every year.
7. The HCF will maintain proper record of generation and lifting of bio-medical waste.
