Sir, the application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been found that the industry has under-enhanced its induction furnace as per the feasibility report submitted. However, the industry has not submitted the completion certification for the 10TPH furnace and has also failed to submit the compliance report of Environment Clearance in annotated form. Despite this, the industry has not provided any reply regarding these issues. Consequently, the application of the industry has been deemed incomplete and returned with the request to resubmit it after completing all aspects.
