The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted for short term i.e. upto 30.09.2024 subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
