It is submitted that the site of the project was visited by the undersigned on 19.04.2023 and it was observed that there is a brick kiln namely M/s Modern Brick kiln located adjoining to the boundary of the proposed housing project.
As such, as per the notification dated 25.07.2008 & 30.10.2009, the project proponent is required to provide 15m wide green belt towards the air polluting industry. However, as per the layout plan submitted online, no such provision has been given by the project proponent.
Thus, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is required to be returned online, with the request to the get the layout plan amended and provide a 15m wide green belt towards the air polluting industry (i.e. brick kiln). Further, the pp is also requested to not to carry out any construction/development activity at site without obtaining CTE from PPCB.
As such, submitted for approval to return the application online, with the request to resubmit the same after attending above.
