It is submitted that earlier, the project proponent was granted NOC for the establishment of residential colony in total land area 11.13185 Acres having 125 plots and generation of domestic effluent @ 135 KLD. Now, the project proponent has applied for the CTOs for the establishment of residential colony in total land area 11.13185 Acres having 125 plots and 11 commercial blocks but generation of domestic effluent has been reduced from 135 KLD to 84 KLD. The project proponent is required to clarify the same. Further, the project proponent has submitted that treated effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation and into MC sewer. However, the project has not submitted any permission from the MC, Barnala/PWSSB, Barnala for the discharge of its treated effluent into MC sewer. You are also requested to submit the total plantation area, green area and type of trees for the disposal of treated effluent. You are requested to submit the reply within 02 days positively. |
