The hospital has submit the analysis report from lab Chandigarh Pollution Testing Laboratory and the sample of effluent was collected on 23.12.2023 and as per the analysis report the various parameters are within the prescribed limits, however, the parameter of Bioassay has not been got tested. Considering the above, it is recommended that short term consent under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted being Govt. Hospital for the period 06 months with special condition that the hospital shall comply with the effluent discharged standards and submit analysis report of Bioassay from the Board's lab/approved lab within one month. |
