The application of the industry for obtaining CTO under Water Act, 1974 has been dealt separately for refusal due to certain violations as reported therein. The application under consideration for obtaining CTO under Air Act, 1981 may be granted for a short period of six months subject to condition that the industry shall get ambient air quality of it’s premises monitored from Board’s lab covering upwind and downward directions, within a month.
