The note of AEE dated 23/4/2024 may kindly be perused w.r.t the clarification of ZO observation.
As per the said note, there is no MAH unit within the 250 mtr boundary of the project. Further, the site is surrounded by other industrial unit such as M/s Golden Moment Breweries Pvt. Ltd., M/s ECO Spin Yarns, Brick Kilns and other industries. The project proponent has submitted copy of DTP letter no. 2240 dated 23.11.2022 as per which the site falls in industrial zone as per Land Use Plan, Lalru. Further, as physically observed there is no village phirni/residential area/15 pucca houses or drain within the 100 mtr boundary of the project and as such the site is suitable for setting up of the unit as per Board’s policy dated 30.04.2013.
