The reply submitted by the project proponent is not satisfactory, therefore, the project proponent needs to submit proposal regarding additional land for the disposal of treated effluent as, at present STP of MC, Kharar is under capacity and is not adequate to handle the additional effluent load of such projects. The project proponent needs to submit ownership of proposed land (for utilization of treated wastewater) as well as needs to submit the land revenue record / Khasra No. and revenue latha / chajra alongwith the same and the distance of the proposed site from the existing site of the project within 01 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
