In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS the industry has not complied with decisions of the personal hearing dated 17.11.2023 as the industry has not submitted the proposal regarding control of secondary emissions generated from the process. How ever, the undersigned is of the view that CTO under the Water Act,1974 may be granted as no violation has been reported under said Act.
