In view of note and recommendations of AEE/EE RO FGS the industry has not complied with decisions of the personal hearing dated 17.11.2023 as the industry has not submitted the proposal regarding control of secondary emissions generated from the process. As such, may if approved the application for renewal of consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 applied by the industry be refused after affording an opportunity of personal hearing before the Competent Authority of the Board.
