It is submitted that the industry has submitted the reply of the clarification alongwith aks sajra map of the site from revenue department. The industry has submitted that the rice sheller has been installed in khasra no. 986, 987 and 988 having total area 13 bighe, 7 biswa and 8 biswasi. Out of this the area between boundary walls, where the electricity line passes near the outer boundary of the rice sheller falls in the khasra no. 986 (9 biswasi) and 987 (1 biswasi) having total area 686 square feet. The industry has also stated that no industrial activity will be carried out in the above area of 686 square feet (986 (9 biswasi) and 987 (1 biswasi)).
In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate granted under the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 may both be granted upto 30/09/2029 (upto adequacy of fee) for manufacturing of Sorted Raw Rice with Dryer @ 3.0 TPH by processing of Paddy @ 4.5 TPH, as raw material under orange category, with suitable conditions and special condition that
1. The industry shall not carried out any industrial activity in the khasra no. 986 (9 biswasi) and 987 (1 biswasi) having total area 686 square feet.
2. The industry shall got analyzed its stack emission samples from Board’s lab within one month
3. The industry shall provide paved road on movement area of vehicles within one month and shall submit the report of the same in this office.
