The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended as under :
1). The request of the industry may be placed upon the competent authority for waiving of the Bank Guarantee and allowing the industry to submit its Environmental Compensation in four quarterly installments.
2). Consequent upon decision no. 1, Directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be issued for restoration of electric connection of the industry for six months.
3). Consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted for six months subject to suitable conditions and special conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
