The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused. In light of the facts given in the said note, it is recommended as under :
1. The consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be refused.
2. Notice to issue Directions u/s 33-A of Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be issued to the industry due to the violations mentioned in the note of AEE, please.
