| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that: -
1. The industry has installed induction furnace of 8 TPH, hence the capacity of the industry will be more than 30,000 TPA. Thus, the industry was required to obtain Prior Environment Clearance (EC).
2. The site plan submitted by the industry is neither approved from the Director of Factories, Punjab (NOR) from any Competent Person duly authorized from the Director of Factories, Punjab.
3. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of NOC conditions, which is required to submit the compliance report in annotated form with specific compliance of each NOC condition.
4. Please inform whether the electric connection to the industry has been released. If yes submit the copy of electricity bill.
5. The industry has not submitted the Dimensional Drawing of Hazardous Waste Storage Room/Photograph of Environmental Data Board and Danger sign provided out side the Hazardous Waste Storage room.
6. The industry has not submitted the copy of Agreements with authorised facility to dispose off the Hazardous waste of Cat.No. 35.1 and 5.1.
7. The industry has not submitted the compliance of SOP prescribed for induction furnace units.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days. |
