Respected Sir,
Details/ facts/ report along with recommendations are given in the note of AEE. The industry is now found complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 during visit on 24.04.2024 except that the results of the effluent samples are awaited.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that varied consents to operate applied by the solvent extraction unit under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2029 as proposed by AEE along with suitable conditions and additional specific condition that if the effluent sample fails to meet the prescribed standards with bank guarantee deposited by the industry may be encashed.
