The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not filled application form correctly:
a) The project proponent has mentioned the application form, value of total assets as Rs. 59.66 Lakhs in column 06 (i) of the application form. However, as per column 15 as per the application form, total value of assets is Rs. 65.66 lakhs, which is contradictory.
b) The project proponent has not mentioned the flow measuring devices provided by the industry in the application form.
c) The project proponent has not mentioned Average daily power consumption on wastewater treatment facilities in the application form.
d) The project proponent has not mentioned Total power load to Air Pollution Control Devices(in KW) in the application form.
e) The project proponent has not mentioned Average daily power consumption on Air Pollution Control Devices in the application form.
f) The project proponent has not mentioned the details of green area for disposal of treated effluent, in the online application form
2. There is the increase in the value of its fixed assets of Rs. 40.72 lakhs to Rs. 59.66 lakhs since last granted ‘consent to operate’. The industry is required to clarify the reason for this increase.
3. Due to point no. 02 above, adequacy of consents fee cannot be adjudged.
4. The project proponent has not deposited penalty alongwith an application form.
5. The project proponent has not submitted proper compliance report of the previous ‘consent to operate’ under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 granted to it.
As such the application of the industry cannot be processed online and is required to be returned online, with the request to re-submit the application after attending above observations.
In view of the above, if approved, online permission may please be given for returning the application of the industry.
