Sir kindly peruse the note of RO as well as AEE (PBIP). If approved, action as proposed by AEE (PBIP) regarding issuance of Consent to Establish from pollution angle under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 for establishment of Residential Township Project in an area of 65.556 Acres (524 Kanal, 09 Marla) at Village Bakshiwala, Bhadson Road District Patiala, consisting of components as 604 Residential Plots, 32 no. Showroom Plots, 22 no. Plots for Shops and EWS area in 3.312 Acres, upto 14.03.2025 subject to the conditions as mentioned in his note with amendment in following conditions:
Amendment
3. In case, there is variation in built-up area/green area/ any other details in layout plan approved by the competent authority (if at any stage), then the project proponent shall get its revised layout plan approved from the competent authority as well as obtain fresh Consent to Establish from the Board, for the said change.
6. The project proponent shall provide necessary arrangements for usage of the treated effluent after STP for flushing purpose @ 472.005 KLD. Only, the remaining treated effluent shall be discharged onto the proposed planation area to be developed as per Karnal Technology in 16334 sqm or 4.03 Acre land (earmarked as park & green area in the layout plan), as proposed by it. Further, it shall be responsible to provide additional 1.5 Acre plantation area as per Karnal Technology, for disposal of treated effluent when occupancy exceeds at its own cost. In case of failure to provide the additional 1.5 Acre plantation area in future, then this Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle shall be deemed cancelled and the Board shall not be responsible for any financial liability arising due to cancellation of this CTE (NOC). In such case, the project proponent shall apply for fresh Consent to Establish (NOC) from pollution angle alongwith concrete proof for alternate modes of disposal of treated effluent.
