Please clarify the following;
1. It is large scale Red category unit. The industry was given hearing before Chairman of the Board in march,2023. Whether RO has visited the industry now only after more than one year to process cases & in between no compliance was verified.
2. When was CGWA permission applied ?
3. AEE has reported that plantation area need to be maintained properly by industry.
4. Whether expansion allowed in its existing premises i.e. comment on its compatibility.
5. What is the mode of disposal of fly ash?
