As per land use classification letter issued by DTP Ludhiana, the industrial site falls under industrial zone as per Master Plan, Ludhiana, which is reproduced as under:
ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਤੇ ਹਵਾਲੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਪ ਵੱਲੋ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਾਈਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੂਨਿਟ ਜੁਲਾਈ, 2007 ਤੋ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਚਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਈਟ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਤ ਮਾਸਟਰ ਪਲੈਨ, ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ (2007-2021) ਦੀਆਂ ਤਜਵੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਇੰਡਸਟਰੀਅਲ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੈਂਦੀ ਹੈ।
Therefore, expansion is allowed in this area.
It is further intimated that the industry has not increased any production capacity. Also, there is no addition of land in the industrial premises.
