The report of the Environmental Engineer, Regional Office, Patiala has been examined and EE, RO, Patiala has reported that the ELV facility is found complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981, thus, recommended for grant of consent to operate under the said Acts, with certain conditions as mentioned in his report.
However, in the note of AEE/EE, RO, Roopnagar, it is mentioned that the fee deposited by the facility is not adequate. As such, EE, RO, Roopnagar may be asked to get the fee deposited from the facility, intimate the adequacy as well as competency to decide the application to this office, so as further action may be taken, accordingly.
