Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE. The wastewater treatment and disposal systems are found adequate to treat the increased volumes of effluent by addition of bottle/ sachet (3 each) filling lines.
Therefore, it is recommended that Varied CTO under the provisions of the Water (Prevention
& Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 be granted to the industry upto 30.09.2028 subject to additional conditions mentioned in the note of AEE and one more condition that the industry shall keep proper record of quantity of wastewater generated from washing/ rinsing of bottles and its treatment, after which it is re-used for washing purposes.
