Note of AEE dated 23.4.2024 and 29.4.2024 may kindly be perused w.r.t reply of observations of ZO.
As per said note the project proponent has developed adequate plantation area and has also provided plantation along the boundaries of the project. Also, the project proponent has provided vertical gardening in the mall. As per current record about 40 KLD is being treated daily in the STP and 25-30 KLD is being used for gardening and dual plumbing, 2-3 KLD is being used for HVAC makeup and the rest is being discharged into sewer. As per record the water extraction and generation is well within the EC.
RO has also submitted compliance of EC conditions verified by AEE and same is attached with the note of AEE dated 29.4.2024.
In view of the above and recommendations of EE, RO, SAS Nagar, it is recommended that the industry may be granted ‘consent to operate’ under the Water Act, 1974 up to 31.03.2025 subject to suitable conditions & with additional conditions as proposed by R.O, please.
