Sir, it is submitted that as per record the last sampling was carried out on dated 15.11.2022 and results are as under: -

As such, the industry is meeting with the prescribed standards of the Board.
However, during recent visit due to less generation of effluent, no effluent was available at the outlet of ETP-cum-STP and samples could not be collected.
In view of above, it is recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted for short term i.e. one year with subject to suitable conditions and special condition that: -
1. The industry will operate its ETP and STP adequately and efficiently and will maintain daily record regarding operation of the same.
2. The industry shall submit analysis results from Board’s lab within one month.
3. The industry shall not discharge any effluent at any unauthorized place by any unauthorized means i.e. shall not discharge any wastewater in any drain / inland surface waters / drain/choe/nallah/ onto land for stagnation or outside its premises, at any time, under any circumstances.
4. The industry shall ensure that the activity of unit does not create any nuisance in the surrounding areas and no public complaints are received.
5. The Consent is being issued to the industry based upon the documents/ information submitted by it alongwith the online application form. The Board would be at liberty to take penal action against the industry and its responsible/ concerned person(s) in case information/document is detected as incorrect/false/misleading at any point of time.
6. In case the industry fails to comply with the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and/or any other environmental law applicable to the project and Rules, Circulars & Directions issued by the Board from time to time, action as deemed fit shall be taken against the industry.
