In refence to ZO observation, RO clarified that the project has obtained registration certificate from SDM Derabassi vide no. 008/CASDMDB/2018 dated 06.06.2018, as per which: -
“Certified that Trishla City Resident Welfare Association, Highground Road, Zirakpur, Tehsil Derabassi, Distt. SAS Nagar has been registered under rule 8 of the Punjab Apartments Ownership Rules, 1995.”
A copy of the same is attached with the note of AEE dated 30.4.2024.
