RO has clarified the observations of ZO and same are as under:
1) As to whether, the individual project existing in Quark City have obtained EC and details thereof.
Reply : - It is submitted that the tower falls in the land area of Quark city, Plot no. A40, Phase-8B, SAS Nagar and the promoter company namely M/s Quark City India Pvt. Ltd has already been granted environmental clearance under EIA notification dated 14.09.2006 from MoEFCC vide no. J.12011/60/2005-IA(CIE) dated 11.04.2007.
2) The PP has deposited NOC regularization fee as per the note of AEE. But, no details of NOC have been mentioned in the said note. Reply:- The increase in fixed assets amounting to Rs. 1.35 Cr is due to purchase of new furniture, computers and other electronics items for the IT companies working in the building as informed by the representative of the project.
3) Built-up area of the proposed as per approved Layout Plan.
Reply:- The project proponent has applied for renewal of consent to operate without change in any built up area.
4) Who is responsible promoter for the present project.
Reply: - M/s Quark City is the responsible promoter of the project.
The reply of observations submitted by RO seems satisfactory.
