The details of the case are given in the note of AEE, which may kindly be perused.
In light of the facts given in the said note and recommendations of EE,RO,SAS Nagar, it is recommended as under :
A. Directions issued by the Board u/s 33-A of the Water Act, 1974 and u/s 31-A of the Air Act, 1981 vide letter dated 14.01.2024, may be dropped.
B. The consent to establish (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the project proponent for one year, for establishment of a commercial project having 52 no. of showrooms, with usual conditions & with special conditions as proposed by RO, please.
