Sir, it is submitted that the industry has submitted reply dated 30.04.2024 (copy attached). The industry has informed that they had attended the hearing 28.03.2024 and during hearing, it was informed the Competent Authority that they are going to install cattle feed plant and no trade effluent will be generated and thus, it is not required to install ETP. The industry has assured to comply with the pollution control board norms and requested to grant NOC.
In view of above, it is recommended that the request of the industry may be considered and consent to establish (NOC) the feed mill plant for manufacturing of Roasted Pellet Feed @ 15 T/day by using Maize, Soya, Mustard Seed Cake, Sun Flower, DOC, Bazra, Lime stone & GNE, Cotton Seed Cake, Rice Polish, Salt, Molasses @ 15 T/day under orange category may be granted to the industry subject to certain conditions mentioned therein and special condition that the industry shall be bound to abide with the conditions mentioned in STP, Patiala letter no. 3257 STP (P)/SP-327 dated 21.09.2018. |
