The industry has submitted a copy of application dated 29.09.2023 submitted by it to PWRDA. A copy of the same is attached herewith. 3. During visit it was observed that there was some wild grass growth in the plantation area. As the industry has around 5-6 acres of plantation area, the industry is required to clean the plantation area regularly so as to ensure no wild growth of grass occurs in the plantation area. Accordingly, a special condition (no.4) was also proposed in the agenda note. 4. The industry has not made expansion w.r.t. production capacity in its premises and the industry has applied for obtaining renewal of CTO for production capacity of 240 MTD.
