What is the status of plantation area developed for the disposal of treated effluent ? Is it maintained as per Karnal technology ? Extent of plantation area ? Stagnation if any ? Is the additional land acquired for storage different from plantation area ? Is the record of ETP being maintained properly ?
Obtain aks shrja/ site plan of rice sheller mentioned revenue details and clearly showing plantation area developed for disposal of effluent, new added land and earlier existing industrial site.
What is the status of construction and industrial activity, if any, at newly added land as observed during visit ?
Ask industry to submit undertaking including that there has been no additional in plant and machinery in its industrial premises, if it is so, And that the permission applied is merely to regularise additional of land for storage purpose, if it is so and that the production capacity will remain the same, if it is so, as earlier mentioned vide previous CTO granted by the Board.
Is the existing industry complying with environmental laws.
Comment of compliance of SoP relating brick wall requirement in front of rice husk discharge point
Comment on APCDs if any provided with shelling section, dryer section, boiler section, sampling platform, record of APCD operation and recent air emission sampling if any done.
Submit a brief note of other similar case processed by the Board.
