Keeping in view the report of AEE, it is recommended for grant of CTOs to the industry for a period up to 31.03.2029 (up to adequacy of CTO fees deposited) under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as the industry has complied with the decisions of the personal hearing given to it, subject to conditions proposed by AEE along with any other suitable conditions please.
