| Clarification Note: |
1. The industry was granted ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC) under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/LDH1/2024/24592236 dated 09/01/2024 valid upto 08/01/2025 for proposed project cost of Rs. 2.27 Lacs, but, the industry has now submitted CA certificate for undepreciated value of fixed assets of Rs. 84.61 lacs. Kindly clarify the difference of proposed cost and current value.
2. The industry has not deposited fee under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
3. The industry has mentioned Sept, 2024 as date of commissioning. Please recheck.
