1. Please submit compliance of Environmental Clearance as per MoEF&CC vide notification dated 26.07.2023.
2. Also submit point wise compliance of special conditions of earlier 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
3. As per record file of this office, the consent fee deposited by the industry is valid only upto 31.01.2024. So, please deposit previous arrears and further consent fee for five years.
