1. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 429.0 Lacs to Rs. 471.53 Lacs. Kindly submit detail of increase in the fixed assets.
2. The industry has applied under wrong category code. Please apply under proper category.
3. Earlier, the industry had 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 for trade effluent @ 14 KLD into sewer after ETP. But, now the industry has applied 'Consent to Operate' for trade effluent @ 10 KLD onto plantation after ETP. Kindly clarify the measures taken by industry for waste water minimization from 14 KLD to 10 KLD.
4. Kindly apply for obtaining 'Consent to Operate' under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 too.
