It is submitted that earlier show cause notice for refusal of consent to establish / NOC under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was issued to the industry with an opportunity of personal hearing before Chief Environmental Engineer, Ludhiana on 23.01.2024.
After hearing, the CEO of the project proponent and officers of the Board, the Chief Environmental Engineer of the Board decided as under:
1. The project proponent shall submit following documents within 03 days:
· Revised approved plan of the project mentioning proper details including built up area.
· A letter from Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana mentioning the sufficient capacity to treat the effluent generated from project proponent in the STP.
· Revised effluent generation/reused /disposal off its project.
After perusal form RO report it was observed that RO has not submitted the point wise reply of hearing decision for which earlier NOC refused.
May, if approved, case be returned back to the RO with request to submit point wise compliance of hearing decision, please.
