The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has applied for varied consent to operate; however, there is no change in raw material and product, for which it was earlier granted consent to operate. Kindly clarify.
2. There is increase in value of land amounting of Rs. 10.64 lakhs. Kindly clarify.
3. There is increase in value of plant & machinery of Rs. 5.89 lakhs. Kindly clarify.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
