| Clarification Note: |
1. Earlier, the industry was granted ‘consent to establish'/ (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Exp/LDH1/2023/21410374 dated 11/04/2023 valid upto 10/04/2024 for the manufacturing of MS Scrap, sponge Iron, Cast Iron, Silicon Manganese & Aluminium Shots @ 420 MTD with special conditions as under:
• The industry will dismantle existing induction furnace of 10 TPH capacity before commissioning of induction furnace of capacity 30 TPH.
• The industry will not use quantity of raw material excess than 127250 TPA and product from 115500 TPA, as mentioned in Environmental Clearance granted to the industry by MOEF&CC.
• The industry shall install STP of capacity 5.2 KLD well before commissioning of proposed 30 TPH induction furnace.
• The industry will comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for induction furnaces and will also comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned in the Environmental Clearance granted to it.
Please submit point wise compliance of special conditions.
2. Kindly apply 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 too.
3. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 2658.75 Lacs to Rs. 5253.74 lacs. Kindly submit year wise detail of said increase. |
