The report /recommendations of Regional Office be perused. The site falls in general industrial Zone as per master plan.The consent fee is adequate upto 30.9.2028. The industry was given hearing before Honble Chairman of the Board on 26.4.2024 as it has not obtain CTOs of the board and registration under EPR. May if approved that the consent to operate Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.09.2028 with usual condition and with special condition that:- 1.
