It is submitted that a meeting was held with the Registrar of the Institute by me and it was informed by him that the institute in the process of complying with above said observations, however, no letter/report was submitted during the meeting.
Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that SCN for refusal of CTOs under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be issued to the institute along with opportunity of P.H. before the Hon'ble Chairman of the Board please.
