In view of the facts mentioned in the agenda note of AEE/EE, may if approved, the consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for manufacturing of Fatty Acid Noodles/Soap @ 42.50 Metric Tonnes/Day, Rice Bran/ Sun Oil @ 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, De-Oiled Cake (Rice Bran) @ 340 Metric Tonnes/Day, OR-De Oiled Cake (Sun Flower) @ 90 Metric Tonnes/Day, Refined Rice Bran @240Metric Tonnes/Day, Spent Earth Oil @ 60 Metric Tonnes/Day, Captive Power Plant of capacity 15 Megawatt and Captive Power Plant of capacity 3 Megawatt (stand-by arrangement only) may be renewed upto 31/03/2029 with suitable conditions and special conditions as proposed by RO, please.
