| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that :-
1. As per previous consent granted to the project, the capital Invest of the project was 3595 Lacs. Now, the project cost is Rs. 4380 Lacs i.e. 785 Lacs increased, please submit the details of increased project cost in this regard.
2. Due to increased project cost of Rs. 785 Lacs, the PP is required to deposit Rs. 10,800/- as NOC regularisation fee either in Water or Air Consent case + Rs. 500/- as Consent form fee.
3.The PP has deposited the consent fee of Rs. 1,44,00/- @ Rs.28,800/- PA for 5 years), whereas the PP is required to deposit Rs.42000/- P.A. due to increased fixed assets as per Sr.No. 2 above. Hence, the PP is required to deposit the balance consent fee accordingly.
4. The PP has not submitted the Compliance of the decisions of personal hearing taken by Senior Environmental Engineer, Zonal Office-I, Ludhiana on 15.04.2024, which is reproduced as under:-
(a) The industry shall close soakage pit immediately.
(b) The industry shall develop proper plantation area for discharge of domestic effluent.
(c) The industry shall provide proper sampling arrangements with stack of adequate height, within 07 days. Please submit the same, now.
