| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the case it has been observed that :-
1. Please submit the 1st Electricity Bill of the Workshop (or) other documentary proof regarding Date of Commissioning of the Workshop.
2. Please submit the undertaking that workshop is not carried out any Water or Air polluting process( i.e. Washing, Painting etc.) in its premises and same will not be carried out without written permission of the Board.
3. The fee deposited details submitted by the workshop is not matching with the record of OCMMS record. Please submit the same in following format:-
(a) Amount of Fee Deposited
(b) UTR/R.No.
(c) Date
(d) Amount
(e) Deposited as Consent fee Water/Air/NOC Regularisation/Consent form fee etc alongwith copy of receipts.
4. Please submit the documentary proof w.r.t. sewer connection.
You are requested to attend the above said observations and submit your reply within 2 days.
