| Clarification Note: |
While scrutinized the application it has been observed that: -
1. The validity period of rent deed dated 01.03.2022 has been expired, please submit the copy of valid Rent deed.
2. The industry has not submitted the copy of record maintained w.r.t. water consumption in process area and lifted by the operator of CETP.
3. The compliance report of NOC conditions (if would has been obtained by the industry) submitted by the industry is not proper, please submit the same in annotated form with specific reply of each condition.
You are requested to attend the above said observation and submit your reply within 2 days.
