The application of the industry for obtaining renewal consents under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 have been scrutinized and it was observed that the value of fixed assets of the industry has increased from Rs. 12.7 Cr to 198.63 Cr, which needs clarification. The establishment is also required to calrify whether any new land is added for the operation of unit.
As such you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
