In reply to query of CEE Sir, RO reported that as on 31/12/2023 as per CA Certificate dated 03/04/2024, undepreciated gross value of fixed assets of the industry amounting to Rs. 2463.36 Lacs and cost of plant & machinery is Rs. 936.04 Lacs. As per policy of the Board, industries having plant & machinery between 5 crore to 10 crore falls in Medium scale and competency of medium scale red category to decide consent application lies with Chief Environmental Engineer of the Board.
