Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Notification No. 1702(E) dated 01.06.2020 is yet to be adopted by Board & neither amended notification assigning re-delegation of powers to respective officers issued so far. Therefore, it is not appropriate to apply this notification while deciding competency level.
In this particular case, considering old delegation of powers, it is a case of large scale orange category, therefore competency lies at CEE level. Therefore, grant of NOC is approved subject to suitable conditions. |
